IN PERSON • NYC

Semi-Private Strength Training

Experience the dynamic energy of small group training. Work with a group of four individuals for 2 sessions per week over an 8-week period, following a 3- day take home program written by Coach Roxie. Third day to train on your own is optional.

Upcoming Dates: May 5 - June 26, 2025

    • Each program is designed to create progressive overload every 8 weeks if you're able to participate for more than 1 cycle. You'll be working with free weights, barbells, and other various equipment. We are able to cater to any injury or condition even within a small group!

    • All sessions are located at: Solace Gym - 38 E. 32nd St. NYC, Ground floor (full locker rooms available).

    • Starting at $110/session.


Private 1-1 Strength Training

IN PERSON • NYC

Private 1-1 Strength Training

Train 1-on-1, in-person with Coach Roxie in Manhattan, NYC. This strength coaching is uniquely tailored to your goals. Programming is periodized for every 6 weeks with a de-load phase. Additional nutrition programming can be added at an additional cost.

    • Individualized in-person strength coaching catered to your goals.

    • Programming is periodized for every 6 weeks with a deload phase.

    • Additional programming outside of in-person meeting will be an additional monthly cost.

    • If you wish to supplement nutrition, and can be done at a discounted rate.

    • All sessions are located at a gym in Flatiron or Midtown Manhattan, NYC. Location will be confirmed upon registration.

    • Starting at $190/session.


VIRTUAL • 1-ON-1

Virtual Strength & Nutrition Program

This is an all-inclusive package that will help you expand your knowledge and understanding of your individualized nutrition while tackling strength goals.
Weekly 1-on-1 virtual meetings will be scheduled to discuss the client's homework and address any necessary form corrections, customized to their pace and individual requirements.

  • What you’ll get:

    • 6-week phase strength programming with weekly form feedback provided that you submit videos.

    • 1x / week 30 min virtual calls to talk nutrition homework and lifting form.

    • You’ll have 1-1 access via True Coach app to communicate with me during business hours.

    • Available in 3 or 6 month subscriptions, billed monthly.

    • Starting at $500/month.


VIRTUAL • 1-ON-1

Virtual Strength Program

If you’re not interested in the nutrition offering of the virtual program, I’d be happy to write you a 6-week strength program! This will be catered to your equipment, schedule, and level of experience. We won’t be meeting on camera once a week but I’ll be checking your form and providing feedback granted you submit videos.

  • What you’ll get:

    • 6-week periodized programming with a deload week to destress your body Weekly form feedback comments and video via True Coach app Form videos and written guidance from me.

    • 1x / week 30 min virtual calls to talk nutrition homework and lifting form.

    • You’ll have 1-1 access via True Coach app to communicate with me during business hours.

    • Available in 6 week programs.

    • Starting at $400/month.

1 - Apply

Using the links on this page, apply for which program you’re interested in. Fill out the form so I can get to know you and see if we are a good fit.


2 - Virtual Consultation (optional)

Want to chat? Not sure where to start? I’m available to discuss any questions you may have regarding your own personal nutrition and / or training in order to help you succeed with your goals. I offer 30-min consultations for $85. Book a call here.


3 - Payment

After submitting your application, you’ll receive a private payment link to book your service or subscription.


4 - Confirmation

For virtual programs, you’ll receive a call booking a week in advance. Please reach out at info@body-rox.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time if there are scheduling conflicts.

For in-person training, you’ll receive an email confirming details, times, and the gym location.

FAQs

  • Semi-private is very compatible to someone who is newer or intermediate to strength training or is looking for team camaraderie and feels more comfortable alongside other people

    Private training is compatible for someone that has a complicated injury to work around that requires many modifications or someone who is more advanced and needs specific programming

  • Yes! I always welcome all levels and the rest of the group is always supportive, welcoming, and inclusive.

  • We currently train at Solace Gym in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. Manhattan locations are subject to change and you will receive gym confirmation upon registration.
